The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection By Hilton Hotel, Hot Springs

My stay in Hot Springs was a mixed experience. The hotel lacked mirrors in the rooms, especially a full-length mirror, and the bathroom lighting needed improvement. On the positive side, the handwritten note left in our cleaned room was a nice touch.

The hotel is ideally located just across from the bath houses, allowing effortless access to shopping and dining without the need for transportation. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, though they could benefit from additional mirrors and better bathroom lighting. The service is very helpful and accommodating, maintaining a good balance between being friendly and efficiently meeting needs. Despite the lack of aggressive friendliness, the staff ensures a pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Hot Springs town, providing a picturesque setting near bath house row and offering the convenience of valet parking for a reasonable rate. The dining experience offers delicious options, although a hot breakfast for the price would enhance the value proposition. Overall, a stay at this hotel offers a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were very modern and tasteful, yet still very comfortable, offering an outstanding view and excellent ambiance. Although a bit small, they were undeniably beautiful.
